Move in Day for our Quivet Neck Net Zero House

DSC_4884

Jeffery and his interior design team were up this past week installing their designs for the Quivet Neck Net Zero House.  It was exciting to see the final finishes and furnishings in place.  The scale and dimension of the second floor main space changed dramatically with the furniture.  Jeffery and the clients worked to choose textiles, furniture, and a color palette that created a warm and inviting space for this Cape Cod retreat.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and are very excited with the end results.  While the interiors installation was happening – our energy raters and the HVAC subs stopped by and balanced the ventilation system for the house.  We are happy that the clients have a  beautiful home, but also one that will produce as much energy as it uses.  We hope our clients and their family and friends enjoy the space as much as we did designing it and watching Brian Shanahan and his team construct it.
