Construction began on the Lincoln Net Zero house last fall and we’re thrilled that the clients will be moving in this week. Mark Goetemann and his team did an amazing job with house and the schedule – it was a grueling winter! The final blower door test was performed by Home Energy Raters, LLC and showed air changes per hour of around +/- 0.75 for the house. Passive house standard is 0.6 air changes per hour, so we are very pleased with this final number. The Sunpower solar panels by E2 Solar will be installed later this summer and will be the final component to the house’s Net Zero design. We hope to professionally photograph the project later this summer – but here are a few quick shots of the finished house!
